August 21, 2010Harpooned Swordfish Season Now Open ! Our management team on a recent "Harpoon" trip with a 300# Swordfish. We purchase direct from our own boat "Pilikia" and Captain Sean is plying the waters off Catalina all September for this local "Gladiator Fish" a delicacy!

August 24, 2010The season has been slow . Pilikia and the entire fleet of harpoon boats have been "without." High boat for the season up to now just broke into double digits.

Bluewater Grill's mission is to provide our guests with the highest quality seafood, classically prepared, at a fair price, in a friendly, casual atmosphere.
We source the globe for the highest quality fresh seafood. We develop and maintain relationships with reputable seafood suppliers. We adhere to a daily ritual of controls and systems to ensure the integrity of our seafood.
Situated in Southern California, we have two locations in Orange County ("the OC"), Newport Beach and "The District" in Tustin, and one in Redondo Beach on King Harbor. We also are located in Arizona in the "valley of the sun" on Camelback Rd in Central Phoenix. We are the perfect spot for a casual afternoon or evening combined with a trip to the beach, a stroll along the boardwalk, or a day out shopping. We also operate a Bluewater Grill stand at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA, home of the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League, and local concerts, the circus and many other events. Check us out next time you visit the Honda Center.
